The Property 🏠 

This is a first and second floor maisonette, with the living room and kitchen on the first floor and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the second floor.

It is my home and I am currently living here alone, and would love a flatmate who will treat it as their home too while they are here. My bedroom has an en suite so the main bathroom is used sporadically. There is a driveway space but sadly taken by my car. There is some parking in the adjacent streets.

I also have a cat so you’d have to be okay with that lol, but I promise she’s friendly!

I moved to North London about 9 months ago but I’m not new to London. I work in the finance sector, I am in the office a lot but do occasionally work from home. I enjoy reading, writing, movies, music, art. I like to have friends round from time to time but we’re not loud or overbearing. Looking for neat, clean, friendly flatmate. Ideally somebody I could get on with and spend time with but also appreciate peoples desire to keep to themselves.



The Area 

🚍121/329 Stops just round the corner and will take you to Wood Green tube station (Piccadilly Line).

🚇 Palmers Green station is about a 5 minute walk away, takes you to Finsbury Park in about 10 mins where you can change to Victoria/Piccadilly/Overground.

🍽 Literally a minute walk to main high street; cafes, grocery shops, pubs, restaurants, charity shops, post office, pharmacy etc.
🌞Broomfield Park is lovely park and only about 5 minutes walk away.


Available ideally from beginning of September/October but happy to discuss earlier or later if this doesn’t work for you.


Bedroom comes furnished:
Bed, desk, chair, computer monitor, wardrobe. If there is any needs you have I am happy to discuss :)

Broadband is included but other bills (utilities, water, council tax) not included and will be charged as issued to me of course - half share would be approx 200 pcm.
