Huge double room available in Bounds Green, 7 minutes from Bounds Green tube and 6 minutes from Bowes Park station. You can get to central in half an hour. Bright and spacious, wooden floors, unfurnished.

The house has four bedrooms, a downstairs utility/bathroom, upstairs bathroom with a bath, a big kitchen with an island, a living room and a nice garden. It has wooden floors throughout!

You’ll be sharing with Ella, 24, a masters student, Rosie, 24, manager at Ally Pally, and Stan, 26, a teaching assistant. Good friendly vibes, we love to pub quiz/pint, but also all value our own time and space.

Rent is £980 and bills are around £100 (inclusive of council tax (band d) and a flat shop each month). We’re open to individuals and couples – if you’re a couple, we’d split the bills by 5, so you’d each pay bills and they would come to around £90 each.

It's available from the 1st August but move in can be any day until the 10th.
