Hi, I’m a Goldsmiths student and I’m looking for one person to share my room with in peckham.

The room is furnished, and bills are included. The total rent is £800 per month, so it would be £400 each when shared.

The property has good transport connections and is reasonably close to Goldsmiths University. The landlord is happy for me to have a roommate.

I’m preferably looking for a Nigerian student, but I’m open to meeting anyone who is clean, respectful, responsible and easy to live with.
