Tenant moving in can pick one of two rooms (both shown in photos). Both rooms have space for a double bed, desk and storage. Bedrooms come unfurnished but old tenant open to leaving bed/mattress if preferred.

One full bathroom, one toilet/sink. Shared kitchen and living room (furnished).

We're three friends that met at uni, fourth housemate moving out. LGBT+ household: social, laid back, clean.

None of us work from home (visual merchandiser, barista and playground designer). When we are home we like to enjoy the shared space, cook and socialise.
