Looking for a part-time housemate for our 4 bed Peckham terraced house. Either mid week or weekends only.

10 mins walk from Peckham Rye and East Dulwich Stations.

Quiet location, few mins walk from sought after Bellenden Road. Equidistant from Peckham Rye, Lordship Lane and Camberwell- spoilt for choice in regard to shops/cafes.

The spacious double room faces north on the first floor, is cool and has a comfortable double bed, desk and shelving. Fridge/freezer sharing with one other person. Bidet installed in the bathroom!

Shared bathroom, kitchen and living space. Huge lovely garden.

Sharing with myself (41), artist and project manager, a male (43) working in film production and another female (42) -primary school teacher and cat sitter. Two of us are Londoners with English, Cypriot and Sudanese heritage and one Irishman.

Myself and my partner are on the bottom floor sharing two rooms between us.

We’re all very busy and have low key lifestyles. Having lived together for 4 years, we get along well and occasionally come together for a glass of wine and TV- Traitors or the World Cup, films, etc! No pressure to get involved, always welcome.

Due to there being just 1 bathroom and a small kitchen, we’re looking for a Mon- Fri let. Would be best suited to someone who doesn’t need to do a lot of cooking.

No pets but there are two lovely cats that visit frequently.

The house has remained unchanged for many years, warm and charming.
