I have a flat available just off the old kent Road, to move in September 2024 (thereabouts and there is some flexibility on exact date).

This room is ideal for a final year student because I intend to sell the property late 2025 (again flexible - can wait depending on your exam results). Or someone who is currently in a relationship but not ready to live with partner yet - this buys you some time.

Between you and the other housemates, you MUST agree a weekly cleaning rota to keep the house nice. This is essential to secure these rooms.
