I am sadly moving out of my lovely house in Queens Road Peckham/Nunhead. Super convenient location about 5 minutes from either station and a short walk to Peckham Rye/New Cross (10 minutes). We are close to Skehan’s, Nunhead Cemetery and Telegraph hill.
Quiet and residential road which you can see the skyline from my window. The bedroom is large which I have been using also as a study. The room is unfurnished but I am happy to discuss leaving what might be helpful. Two bathrooms (one toilet with a bathtub) another with a shower. Huge living room covered in all of our plants! We have an outdoor patio we could easily be done up for anyone interested.
The tenancy ends in August 2025 so rent will remain this price until then. You will be sharing with two other people (34 and 31 yrs) both working within the charity and environmental sector - we are a friendly, calm household who like to socialise but respect our personal space. We are a LGBTQ+ friendly household :)
