The property is situated a 5 min walk from the 63 bus route which will take you to Elephant & Castle (Bakerloo & Northern Line) in 10-15 mins or further into the City, so has great transport links despite the quietness of the area. It is also right on the edge of Burgess Park which is fantastic for walks or runs. You are also only a short walk into the centre of Peckham or Camberwell which both have a mix of excellent bars, pubs and restaurants.

The House has a lovely open plan kitchen and sitting room with all the usual amenities as well as a washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It also has a small garden with a patio, bbq and a small shed. As the summer starts to arrive it is a great place to socialise and host.
