Hello 👋 we have 1 room available but you can see 2 ads for the property. You can choose between the smaller room (see other ad) or this one that is larger. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY ONE WILL BE LET OUT.

This room is a very spacious master bedroom off the old kent road, sharing with 2 others (one is me and I’ll only be home 3-4 nights a week) in a 3 bedroom flat, with a large living room and modern kitchen (with a dishwasher). The living room gets plenty of light and is south-facing which is great for sun-bathing.

About the room:
A large room with a built-in wardrobe, an external wardrobe (if desired), a chest of drawers, a shelf, and a double bed. There is space for a desk if needed (the one in the photos is not included but there is another desk that is in storage).

The bills are £150 each, this includes council tax, fiberoptic internet, water, gas, service charges and electricity. We do cleaning on a rota (1 person cleans each week), but happy to discuss other arrangements.

There's some flexibility around the move-in date, so happy to discuss.

About us:
My ex-partner (still best friends- so typical) and I are co-landlords. She is currently nomading around the Americas.

I have just qualified as an osteopath and work in a various clinics around London (which is another benefit to the flat if you need treatment for anything 😄). Because my work is spread out, I will be staying with my girlfriend half the nights.

And Surina (the other flatmate) mostly works from home but goes to the office+weekend once a month. She is very kind and considerate.

We are clean and sociable. Occasionally when we find the time we do an activity together (movie night, dinner, miniature golf).

The flat has 3 beds and one person in each room. Me and my flatmate are looking for someone who is:
- clean
- queer-friendly
- 1 individual only, our lease only allows 3 people. However we can discuss if a partner wants to stay over on occasion.
-Bonus: if you like plants we have plenty!

About the area:
We live next to the Old Kent road, plenty of grocery stores and warehouse. It is a developing area and very well connected with buses and walking distance to restaurants and venues in Peckham (15 min walk), Bermondsey station (25 min walk), Queens Road Peckham Overground (17 mins walk), Elephant and Castle (14 min bus) and London Bridge (20 min bus).

15 minutes walk to Burgess Park.
