The flat is within the new build of Idaline Court which was completed 5 years ago to a modern spec. The flat has a communal living and kitchen area, bathroom with a bath, a storage room and a utility room. The advertised bedroom also comes with an en-suite with its own toilet and shower. It has great transport links with Queens Road Peckham station being 5 minutes walk which is on the Windrush line (16 mins to Whitechapel, 9 mins to Canada Water, 10 mins to Clapham) and National Rail (8 mins to London Bridge) as well as being 12 minute walk from Peckham Rye station which has a few more options including Thameslink via the City. The area is also well serviced with buses. Sainsburys local is 2 minutes walk and there are more options such as Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl very close by as well. There are nice local businesses around with pubs, restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk.
A bit about me, I am 28 years old and have lived here for 2 years. I work as a Data Engineer and am in the office 2 days a week (Tues and Thurs), other days I work from home and have my desk setup in my room. I am active and love the gym, swimming and running and am looking to get back into Water Polo. I am sociable and enjoy watching films/tv in the living area and would hope to do that with whoever moves in. I also like going out to eat, pub trips and nights out.
Please let me know a bit about yourself when you respond and we can organise some viewings :)
