I’m sadly moving out of my lovely bright room in SE15, so looking for someone to take over my tenancy from early April. The tenancy ends in September but it’s a rolling contract so with the option to stay longer. The landlord is super responsive and helpful.

The house is in a great location, in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood but also close to Burgess Park, Peckham and Camberwell!

It is a 5-bed house, with 2 girls and 2 guys aged 25-32 who are all lovely. The house has 2 shared bathrooms, with 2 showers. There is a cute kitchen with a sofa in and a roof terrace that has great views over the skyline and is perfect for summer sunbathing!
