Moving out of my room in 2-bed flat near Peckham Rye station and looking to find someone who can replace me. My contract is up on the 23rd of June.

It's a nice place with a cosy living room, a dishwasher, and . The flat is a 5 min walk to Peckham Rye Station, and 4 min from bus links to Elephant and Castle, King's Cross, and Oxford Circus.

It's a lovely part of town - you're only ever a 10 min walk away (at most) from great pubs, charity shops, bookstores, big supermarkets, fancy coffee shops, and lots of green space.

The room is part furnished - I'd prefer to be able to take the bed and one of the bookshelves but I can be flexible on the bed if need be.
