One double room available in a 6 bed, 3 bathroom house with a garden. All bills, as well as a weekly cleaner, included.

The room
Partly furnished (bed and wardrobe) double room with a window overlooking the garden. The new housemate would only share a bathroom with 2 others.

The house
6 beds spread across 3 floors with a large garden. The landlord is responsive if we have any issues. We’re located near the following stations:
- Queens Road Peckham station: 2 min walk
- Nunhead: 13 min walk
- Peckham rye: 16 min walk
- New Cross gate 15 min walk

The housemates
You’d be sharing the space with 4 girls and a guy. We all get along really well and enjoy the occasional trip to the pub or a dinner in together. We all also have our own things going on and are often ships passing in the night, so it doesn’t feel like it’s a 6 person house.

The newbie
We’d like someone clean, tidy and looking to make somewhere their home. Smokers welcome but please only smoke in the garden.
