Hello!

My wife and I have a room available in Peckham , SE15.

We’re looking for someone handy to fill our spare room. In exchange for around 6 hours a week helping out with jobs around the house, we can offer rent at £650/month (normally £775).

Some of the things we could use a hand with:

• Painting (walls, floors)
• Kitchen backsplash installation which is tiling skills
• General fixes and touch-ups around the house

Initial arrangement would be for 3 months, after which we’d review how it’s going and take it from there.

It is a small furnished double oom for one personal that will be available from mid August 7th rd for £775 a month (not including bills, which average around £150 per month) or a discounted price if you can do any handy person work specifically tiling.. You will also have the guest bathroom own private adjacent. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate couples.

Transport:

It’s a 8 minute walk to Queens road Peckham station and 8 min walk to Peckham rye, which provides easy access to a range of transportation options including the train 2 stops to Jubilee line, DLR, Overground, and as well as fast trains to central and North London. The journey to Kings Cross takes 20 minutes by train.

We're an interracial queer couple that love music and share our home with a very cute cat. We enjoy the occasional night out and chill nights with some wine. We host more dinner parties than house parties, though they are infrequent.
