Unfortunately one of our housemates is moving out end of Feb so we are looking to fill her space for the remainder of our Tenancy.

She is hoping to be out by end of feb but can confirm dates asap!

We are looking to fill the room from March to August.

Theirs 3 other housemates (myself and two boys) we are friendly and pretty chill! Two of work from home so we are around quite a bit but we're obviously working from our rooms.

We are right by Burgess Park which is nice, the 63 bus stops less than 5 minute walk from the flat and we are a 10 minute walk from 453,78,21 bus stop so we have great access to central.

Bills are usually around 100-150 a month

You can apply for parking round here but its quite full so not easy to get!

If you're interested give me a message and we can discuss next steps, ideally we would find someone for the full 6 months but willing to discuss if needed.
