heya we're Bel, Anna, and Naoise we're three 25/26 year olds living in Peckham and we're looking for a chill friendly girl / person to replace our flatmate moving out by early feb, I (Bel) have been living here for a few years now, anna is my old uni friend/housemate we're both from the north and she moved down last year, Naoise is from Kildare Ireland and moved in a few months ago after finding her online! If you need proof on how well we vibe or gel as a flat, we somehow won the pub quiz the first time we all hung out together and took that as a rly good sign lol :) we love chill nights in often reading, watching smth or yapping together on the terrace with a glass of wine! We're not much of a party house but do like to go to the pub for a pint and love Peckham carboot on the weekend :) We like our own space but also up for a movie night or dinner together, clean, considerate and looking for housemates who are the same :) we don't mind smokers or pets however the place isn't pet-proof, one of us is a current smoker, more pics to come of bedrooms and dining/living room and 2nd bathroom, the bedroom is unfurnished except for the wardrobe and chest of drawers, the wardrobes came with the flat and i got the drawers ages ago but they’re staying in the new person’s room if needed! bills are about £100-£170 per month
