Our amazing housemate Greig is moving out, leaving us with a double room in our lovely Peckham house share equidistant to Queens Road and Peckham Rye.

The remaining housemates are Poppy, Vi and Katie, aged between 27-30.

Poppy is a tattoo artist and has been living here for around 9 months, Vi is a UX Designer and a digital artist who has been in the flat for just over a year. Katie is a free lance florist and has lived with us for around a month.

Poppy is English, Katie is Irish and Vi is French/Sino-Cambodian. It's important for us to build a safe and inclusive space in the house :) The remaining housemates are all female but we are open to any gender joining us.

We're looking for someone who is up for getting involved in house life (pub evenings, BBQ's, dinners....CHEESE etc.) and who will treat the house with respect and make sure communal areas are kept tidy.

So, a bit about the house... It's a large 4 bed terrace, 8mins walk from Queen's Road Peckham, and 10mins to Peckham Rye or Nunhead Station. It's two storeys with a garden, original wooden floors, living room, one full bathroom with bath and walk-in shower (with great water pressure) upstairs and a smaller toilet downstairs. We have a kitchen/diner with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The rooms are partially furnished (Double bed + clothes storage). Garden-facing & neutrally decorated so you can easily make the space your own.

Rent for the room is £824 and is available from July 3rd. We would require someone to start paying rent from this date. Bills come to around £100 each per calendar month which includes council tax and Wi-Fi.
