THE ROOM
A bright 12m² double with lots of windows onto the roof terrace. It comes furnished, with a desk and chair for working, and storage you can lock – so you can leave your things here over the weekend and travel light. It's genuinely quiet: no street noise and nobody living above.
The room has plenty of storage, so you can keep your belongings in there even if you're not there. No need to take everything with you.

King's College Hospital is close by – handy if you work there.

I'm a professional who just turned 60 – easy-going, tidy and respectful of your space. I work from home a few days of the week.
I cycle, love the gym and once a week I go drumming.

I've hosted Mon–Fri flatmates for a while, and I am happy to put you in touch with previous tenants (both men and women) for a reference.

THE AREA
Peckham has some of south London's best restaurants and bars, and Peckham Rye Park is a few minutes' walk away – good for a morning run or an evening stroll.
