Hiya! I'm looking for someone to take over my 51-week contract at YourTRIBE Southwark starting in September 2026. I have recently been struggling financially and cannot meet the costs. However, I am willing to pay the Tenancy takeover fee.

It's a Classic Ensuite with your own bedroom and bathroom, and a shared kitchen. The building has loads of great facilities like a gym, study spaces, cinema room and rooftop terrace, and all bills and Wi-Fi are included.
