House is split into three levels, one bedroom on ground floor, one bedroom on second floor and 2 bedrooms on third with one bathroom with toilet upstairs and one shower room with toilet downstairs.

The house has a large open plan spacious kitchen with bifold doors which can fold back completely opening and joining into a very large and spacious private garden. Great for sunny days to enjoy relaxing in, working out and bbq’s.

Currently there is 2 males (30) two friendly and easygoing professionals who work as a software engineer and a developer. They are very tidy, respectful, and easy to live with, helping keep the house clean and organised. Both enjoy an active lifestyle, including going to the gym, running, and playing different sports. They also enjoy the occasional social gathering, but the house is generally peaceful with a really positive and relaxed vibe. It’s a great place for someone looking for a clean, friendly, and comfortable home.

A bit about myself — my name is Simon, I’m 32 and I work as a professional chauffeur in the film industry. My job involves driving clients and people working on film productions across major UK cities to different film set locations.

At the moment I’m working on a Netflix production between Oxford and Manchester, so I’m often away for long periods because of work. I usually come back to London every week or two on weekends when I have time off before heading back again.

We’re looking for someone to join a relaxed, peaceful, and clean home with easygoing housemates. We value respect for each other’s space and keeping the house tidy, as we all enjoy coming home to a clean and comfortable environment.
