• Benefits: Landlord sadly doesn't accept benefits at this time. It is rented through an agency but you will have direct contact with landlord for issues in the flat and she is really responsive.
• Access: The flat is on the 4th floor up 3 flights of outdoor metal stairs with no lift access (approx 50 steps). The flat itself is step free and has level access in the bedroom and communal areas. Shower has a small lip to get in (approx 8cm). Shared living area has 2 sofas and 5 kitchen counters at standard approx 900mm height.

• Room: Spacious ensuite double bedroom with large waterfall shower and heated towel rail. Unfurnished but can sell you my double bed and mattress, shelves and clothes rail.

• Flatmate: You'll be living with Yas, a queer DEI consultant who works from home and honestly one of the most wonderful, respectful housemates I've ever had!
• You: LGBTQIA+ / PoC preferred, someone friendly and conscientious who has their own life and thing going on, but is equally up for the occasional flat dinner and an enthusiastic reality TV session on the sofa. 30-40 y/o preferred.
• Contract: currently to 12 August, but this will be updated to become rolling in line with the Renters Rights Bill (coming into effect 1 May)
