Hi there,

My name is Rebecca, I'm 36 and I have a room available for short lets. It's just me and my affectionate cat Stevie.

It is a large flat with a balcony, separate office and utility room. There's super fast fast WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer in the flat.

The room is a cosy double with lots of storage space. It has a large television with Netflix Disney and Amazon prime.

The flat is located immediately below Burgess park, it's about a 2 minute walk.
Transport wise there are good connections by bus to elephant and castle tube and ultimately central London.
Peckham is a 5 minute cycle away.
There is a big Asda and big Tesco both within 10 mins walk.

I'm ideally looking for someone for a few weeks but the room is available for longer if needed, I'm pretty flexible.

Start and end dates are entirely negotiable. I'm just looking for a lovely person who's needs align.
