I am Natalie, a live in landlord living looking for a lovely lodger for a room in my happy and peaceful house in Nunhead, where I live with one other lady, and my dog. I have 2 rooms available , £800and £980 including bills.

I am a musician and music teacher. I teach piano students from my studio downstairs, after school each day. The students don't come through the house as the studio is right by the front door. My house has a very large garden, which people call an oasis, and the community is wonderful. It's a very creative place.

I'm looking for someone who likes animals, and will share the cleaning and cleans up after themselves, and is looking for a peaceful place. It's very naturey here, set amongst trees.

I would prefer to find someone for my smaller room (£780 including bills), which has a single bed in it currently but does fit a double, but if necessary my larger room is available for a couple of months, at £980 including bills. I have just painted my smaller room white, and it really is so peaceful and a lovely vibe, as it looks out over the back garden.

Transport from Nunhead is great, loads of options. There is also the Windrush Line accessible from Brockley station nearby , or Peckham.

The house has a huge garden, so if you like gardens you will like this :) We cook independently but we're up for sharing a meal sometimes if you want .

I'm asking for 2 months money in advance, one month of which is deposit for damages, and one month fees in advance.
