Double Room in Peckham just a 5 minute walk from Peckham Rye station available for sublet from 1st of September - 1st of January.

As the photos show, the house is really modern and all fittings and furnishings are pretty new. Room comes furnished with a bed and chest of drawers as well as benefiting from a built in wardrobe. On the same floor is the Kitchen as well as a shower room and separate toilet.

You’d move in with the three guys on the photo, all friends. The house is owned by two of us living in the property but we are looking to treat someone as a housemate rather than a tenant/ landlord relationship (apart from when we need to of course). We all hang out together and are looking for someone to move in who's social and wants that sort of vibe.

We are looking for someone looking to sublet between ages 25 - 33 but are otherwise pretty flexible!
