The house: The house has a big living room with two comfy sofas and a fair few houseplants. The kitchen diner is fully kitted out and also has a table and chairs, so acts as an extra communal space in addition to the living room. There’s a shared bathroom with a bath and a shower (the shower pressure is excellent and hot water is reliable). Our agent is really responsive and our landlord is always happy to approve works needed to the property. It’s also pretty unique in that each of the bedrooms are on separate floors, offering more privacy than in many house shares.

Transport: We’re a 10-15 minute walk to either Peckham Rye or East Dulwich stations, which are both 0.5 miles away. There are regular trains to Victoria and London Bridge, which is v handy. There are also loads of buses going anywhere your heart could desire! The house is really near Goose Green and Peckham Rye Park, with Dulwich and Brockwell Parks only a short cycle or bus ride away. Lordship Lane and Peckham Rye are also both 10 minute walks away, excellent for accessing a huge variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.
