Hi,

I am Anaïs, comms professional looking for a short term lodger in September and October. I work hybrid so home 3 days a week. I enjoy my own space as well as dinner and chats with friends.
The flat is on the ground floor, with a lot of light in a fairly quiet area. The room is a small double with basic furniture and a small wardrobe.
Kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared.
The arriving and leaving are flexible but it is a temporary arrangement for minimum two weeks and maximum two months.
Rent is £200 a week and deposit will be a similar amount (tbd depending on the stay) all to be paid upfront.

The flat is in SE15 in between Camberwell and Peckham. It’s a 10-15 mn bus ride from elephant and castle for the tube and there are a lot of buses going all around London.
