I have a bedroom in a lovely split-level flat available from 5th March 2026, as my current flatmate is moving out. A 7 minute walk from Nunhead and Queens Road Peckham Stations, the location is really convenient with many pubs, cafes and green spaces dotted nearby.

The room comes unfurnished, but much of the current furniture can be sold at a good price by my current flatmate if desired. The space in the living room with bookshelf and desk will be cleared for you to use as a workspace/storage etc.
