Looking for a friendly, housemate that’s tidy but relaxed. Music lover would be great as I’m a musician.
The room has a very comfortable large double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table. Kitchen has great gas hob and oven n the usual appliances, fridge, living room has telly, electric fire, French doors to lovely garden.
Rent includes all bills but except gas, electric and water. 20 mins walk to Penarth beach/pier/town.
92 and 94 buses around the corner.. to Penarth town, Cardiff, Sully, Barry,
One month deposit required before moving in and one month rent when moving in. One month notice of leave needed n so long as rooms tidy, bills paid n no damage deposit returned.
