I’m looking for a friendly, respectful flatmate to share my peaceful, clean and cosy home.

This isn’t just a rental property or a room in a shared house — it’s a home. I’ve put a lot of care into making it comfortable, welcoming and somewhere you can genuinely relax after a long day. I’d like whoever moves in to feel at home here too.

I’m looking for someone — male or female — who is clean, considerate and easy-going, values open communication and enjoys a friendly atmosphere while also respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.

The flat has been completely renovated to a high standard and is fully furnished. It has a comfortable living room, fast internet, 55-inch TV, Netflix, sound system, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a lovely sunny garden where you can enjoy a coffee or simply relax.

Transport links are convenient, with buses towards Croydon and Brixton and Overground connections into central London. Tesco and some beautiful parks are also nearby.

More than anything, I’d like to find someone who appreciates having a clean, peaceful and genuinely cosy home rather than simply somewhere to sleep.
