Hi there, dipping my toe back into renting a room again so starting with a Monday - Friday offering to a lovely double room overlooking the garden.
For clarity this room is available upto 5 nights a week ( I’ve received enquiries from people unsure what the mon-fri thing involves)

It’s a quiet road off with excellent transport links - both Penge East and Penge West stations within 5 mins walk.
Buses 227, 176, 197 around the corner.
10 mins walk to Crystal Palace sports centre and CP station is 15 mins away which links to Clapham and westwards.
I’m happy to consider short term letting upto six months initially if people are between contracts but I am looking for a fellow professional who is out working. If it’s suiting for both parties I’m happy to extend the duration beyond six months.

I have an elderly springer spaniel, very gentle and slightly wonky now in her dotage so anyone who joins us needs to comfortable around dogs. The room isn’t en suite but there is a shower room on first floor and larger bathroom on the ground floor so usually bathroom access is not a problem.

I’m out working as a nurse practitioner four days a week, just finishing some studies hence the break in lodgers. I enjoy cooking, films, theatre, gardening and my latest hobby is strength training. Finally… I’ve joined a gym and am learning to lift.
