The room is large with a king sized bed with a new comfortable mattress. It also has a built in wardrobe and a triple pine wardrobe. There is a great view over the gardens. There is a well equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a TV and a dining room. You have full access to the peaceful back garden. My home is in a pleasant part of Penrith and is minutes from the town centre, bus station and railway station. I am here most of the time as I work from home and whilst the house gives space and privacy when needed I am sociable and easy going. I occasionally have friends and family visit to stop for a few days
