I have a room available in a 6-bed student house from 5th July to the end of August while I’m away over summer. The landlord has agreed to allow this sublet and I can provide documentation to prove this.

• Rent: £150 per week (includes bills)

• Housemates: 4 boys and 1 girl (not everyone will be living there for the majority of the summer)

Perfect for anyone needing short-term accommodation over the summer. The house is conveniently located for getting the bus into Falmouth or to campus.
