Hi I’m subletting my room in Penryn from 1st April to 10th June for £600 a month. Open to someone renting for the whole time or just part of it.

The room is a large double room with plenty of storage space and a desk and chair in a 4 bed house share. There’s a shared kitchen, living room and back patio area.

The other 3 housemates are lovely and enjoy climbing, reading, surfing, and crocheting on the sofa with a glass of wine in the evenings!

Open to someone who enjoys to socialise or who prefers to keep to themselves.
