I have one middle-floor bedroom available in my home in Penzance, ideally suited to a mature, professional and respectful lodger looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to live.
The house is exceptionally well located, in a quiet cul-de-sac less than a minute’s walk from Penlee Park and around five minutes’ walk from the town centre, the promenade and beaches. There is unrestricted on-street parking available immediately outside and in the surrounding streets, with no parking permits required.
The bedroom shares the use of a large bathroom. Downstairs, there is a spacious newly built kitchen extension, with an adjoining breakfast room and utility room, as well as a separate downstairs toilet. Lodgers will also have shared use of the sitting room, providing a comfortable communal space to relax.
I travel for significant periods, so I am looking for people I can trust to look after the house and treat it as their own home whilst away. I am therefore particularly keen to find a person who is mature, considerate and take pride in keeping their surroundings clean and tidy. My partner and her friendly spaniel stay some nights during the week, so you need to be dog friendly. Similarly I am not always in Penzance. Viewings will be from the beginning of October and currently some redecorating is being finished.
This is a quiet, non-party house, and it would suit people who appreciate a relaxed and respectful home environment. I am looking for a professional person who is clean and tidy, considerate of others, respectful of the property, and mindful of everyone's need for privacy and personal space.
