I'm a live in landlord looking to rent out my spare furnished double room. Good WIFI, Netflix and Amazon Prime to share. Live with a super chill quiet rescue dog who won't bother you (unless you have snacks). Bathroom with shower and bath. Gardens at the front and back but mainly use the back one as there's more privacy, chairs and tables as well as a chiminea for fires. Parking available. Washing machine and tumble dryer and a washing line. The house is in a very quiet area of Penzance which is a short 5 mins walk into the town centre, 5 mins to Penlee Park and 10 mins to Promenade. I'm a chilled quiet guy whose party days are behind him though I am more than happy to share wine, food and a movie/boxset. Currently adding lights, shelves and plants to spare room so will update the refurb later.
