Of Paramount importance: must love dogs as 5 very friendly, bouncy furry beasties live here, so will only appeal to dog-lovers. If you object to dogs barking welcome, or breakfast time, then not your ideal place ;-)
The room is up on the 2nd floor conveniently situated next to the bathroom.
The bedroom is fully furnished with a King-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing table, single futon settee/sofabed and small armchair.
The dogs predominantly live in the kitchen but are free to roam, except for up to the 2nd floor, whereby there is a stairgate. These furry fiends are our family and we want someone who considers them as such. We like our own space and respect others privacy.
The cottage is located close to the seaside town of Hunstanton, 17 miles to King's Lynn and its railway network, the QEH (Queen Elizabeth Hospital), and the UcWA (University Centre West Anglia).
There is a regular bus service to King's Lynn.
We are located in the seaside village of Old Hunstanton, in private parkland/estate and we are a 1 mile walk (20 minutes) to the beach.
The cottage is a 400 year old, Grade 1 Listed barn conversion, built across 3 floors in an Area of OutstandingNatural Beauty. It has a new modern kitchen/diner with granite work surfaces, Belfast sink, twin NEFF ovens, TV with SKY etc.
The rent is to be paid one month in advance. This can be negotiated to a weekly rent payment if that is preferable.
