I have a large spare room I am looking to rent out. There is a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, rail and bedside table. These can be removed if own furniture preferred. There is one main bathroom with bath and shower, this would be shared, and a seperate w/c downstairs.
I work from home so my preference would be someone that does not. Someone like minded would be great.
I have a dog, she's very friendly and would be happy to see another face. The room is large, big enough for a double bed, furniture, a small sofa if you wanted to provide one. I do have a television that could be used also. The colour of the room can be changed, I am fine with any adjustments you wish to make to the room if staying long term. You can decorate if you wish, hang stuff etc. Rearrange the room as you please.
