I am looking for an employed person to live in a private area of my family home. I am NOT looking for somebody who works from home. This would suit somebody who commutes or only needs Mon to Fri as they stay somewhere else at weekends.

Ground floor double bedroom with TV, small desk, Wifi. Use of large utility room with kitchen set up including a fridge, kettle and other basic cooking facilities/appliances and a small area to eat. You will live independently from the main house and have access through the back door only. Lots of storage for clothes/shoes etc in the utility room. Bills included. No couples.

Bed can be single or made into a king sized bed if preferred (it's an Ikea day bed). Bedding provided and weekly and washed clean carried out

Located in a quiet street in a lovely village with a great local pub and post office/shop.

Lodgers agreement with 1 months notice period.

1 month payment in advance.
