I am looking to rent out my spare room from Monday - Friday from 12/5/26 to 28/7/26. . It's a light and airy room with a double bed and a hanging rail.
The house is located on a quiet street, a few minutes walk from shops, 10 minute walk to Stamford Hospital and 20 minute walk into Stamford town centre. There is lots of on road parking available. But it would also be possible to park on the drive.

The bedroom is on he 2nd floor. Tree is a family bathroom there too. There’s a spacious living room, well equipped kitchen and cloak room downstairs. The garden is long and has seate areas for you to use.

Rent includes utility bills and Wi-fi but excludes food.

I am looking for a female who is respectful of other's property, clean and tidy-ish! For a short term let only - mid May to end of July whilst my husband is away on retreat
