There is potential to add a TV to this room if wanted.
The house is in a pretty village location just off the A605 and is 5 mins from all the amenities of Oundle where there is a Waitrose, Co Op, late night miniTescos, wine bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes. Oundle also hosts a lot of cultural events and festivals, offers interesting independent high street shopping has 2 dental practices, and large GP surgery.
Well appointed luxury kitchen with breakfast area overlooking the terrace, plus separate dining area. We love to cook. This area is the ‘hub’ of the house, the place where everyone can pass the time with one another and have a friendly catch up, or not if you decide to opt for some privacy and enjoy your meal eating in the guest sitting room watching TV, enjoying some relaxing log burner time.
Live in landlords are friendly but have their own sitting room, office areas, and parts of the house.
Shared bathroom with our only other guest, who works long hours and is out most of the time.
Relaxing private and sunny garden area and terrace.
There is ample parking.
