Double room with double wardrobe to rent. Bed included (deluxe mattress). Shared bathroom so must be a clean person. Living room and kitchen also shared with owner of the house. I am rarely home due to shift work in London. Looking ideally for another shift worker.

House owner is a shift worker so must respect noise levels etc when on nights. Animals considered.
No smoking but Vaping isn’t a big issue.
No couples.
3-6 months available potentially longer.

I am very selective who I want in my house and cleanliness/respect is key.
Pricing includes a 2 weekly house clean, change of bed and washing up done by cleaners.

Fibre broadband, heating gas and electric included.
Available from April/May time. Current house mate has been with me a year and has now brought her own house so looking to replace her.
