I have a double room available to rent in a 2 bedroom end Terrace. The house is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the city centre with regular and easy access to public transport. The house has been beautifully renovated and is well looked after with a nice and spacious lounge diner as well as a spacious kitchen with a separate downstairs toilet. There is 2 off road parking spaces and a lovely garden with a nice seating area. The room I have available can be provided furnished or unfurnished whatever works best. I am extremely flexible and although I am a live in landlady I work shifts and regularly stay with my partner so you will have most nights per week with the house to yourself.
