Current tenant you'd be sharing with is professional 31 year old woman called Hayley. She is friendly, but likes downtime too, and loves to live in a clean environment.
Hayley works hybrid, usually at home 2 days per week, so needs some quiet in the flat to work but otherwise she is out long hours with the commute, so the other person would have more space. On the weekend she does sports. I am a live out landlord, and my name is Bianca.

In terms of location it is... 1 minute walk to Waitrose, 1 minute walk to a gym, 2 minute walk into the town, 1 minute walk to the river/Park. 1 mile from from St Neots Station, which is 21 minutes walk, 20 minute bus ride, 6 minutes car drive and 6 minute bike ride. Fastest train to London King's Cross 39 minutes and the station has parking. 37 drive to central Cambridge and 37 min bus drive.
