I’m renting out my spare room!!!

Firstly i’m poor so i’ve taken the difficult decision to disrupt my entire life and find someone to live with me so i am less poor.
I have a room that is a largeish double you can fit a bed in there (what more do you need) you can fit other stuff too should you want it. 
unfortunately it’s a Shared bathroom but i’m a boy so i just have one bar of soap that i use for everything so theirs plenty of room For your toiletries.
I’m mostly introverted so unless you talk to me i will not bother you.
We can designate an hour a week to talk should you need any form of communication from me. 
I’m rarely home too 🤷🏻‍♂️ i work long hours and often work away and at the weekends i am mostly taking pictures of football matches.
Soooo think of all that free time you’ll have alone in a house. It’d be like you live there alone. 
I’m pretty ocd too so it’s usually show home ready. 
I cannot cook so in the event you want to find somewhere to live that supplies good home cooked food i am not the one for you. 
We eat ready meals and kfc here unless you’re vegetarian.
