Large bedroom to rent with built in wardrobe and single bed included, all bills included, toilet down stairs, bathroom upstairs, the kitchen includes one American fridge freezer and a standard fridge freezer. For single occupancy but can have a partner stay over now and then, can vape in side but no smoking. Have to be okay with animals as we do have 9 cats, however they do spend a lot of time outside.
The rent itself is at a reduced price as we are currently decorating.
