Hello, I am female professional living in Pickering area who would love to share this wonderful property with 2 other individuals. Property is located in the middle of Pickering within walking distance to the market / Lidl / Co-op / North Yorkshire Library and many care homes. Also it is within a secured residential area.

There is a huge double room and a reasonable sized single room for rent. Rate is negotiable for the double room. Both the rooms are unfurnished and you are welcome to bring in your furniture. If you need my help sorting out some furniture, can do that too as I got my stuff through Facebook marketplace for very cheap prices. There is an upstairs bathroom (next to both the available rooms) with all the facilities and another downstairs W/C without the shower (next to a large kitchen). Kitchen is equipped with everything including a new fridge / oven / microwave / toaster / blender / kettle / rice cooker / induction hob / cooking utensils and cutlery. You are welcome to use these or bring in your stuff for use, I don't mind. Basically, I am a very easy going person and I am looking for someone who is a matured professional or a student.
