The room fits a small double bed and existing wardrobe. It also has sufficient space for a desk (chair already provided) for work if needed. It has been refurbished in the last few years and is to a modern standard.

The Kitchen and bathroom are shared with the owner. There is also a living room, which has a PS5, Netflix and TV subscription which you are welcome to use.

The property is a two-bedroom maisonette (flat) with a garden. It is roughly a 5 minute walk from Northwood Hills Underground Station (Metropolitan line) - around 30 mins commute to Central London.
