Next to the tube station PLAISTOW (District, Central, Hamersmith & City lines) 2 stops away from Westfield Stratford City, easy access to central London and Canary Wharf. Right by the Greenway if you prefer to ride the bike.

The property consists of 1 floor with living room, kitchen, front and back garden, there are 3 bedrooms in total and 3 bathrooms.
I keep 1 bedroom for me but I am mostly abroad so you will have 2 individual double bedrooms available, each one with a private ensuite-bathroom.

- The house is under renovation right now, due to be finished by the BEGINNING OF APRIL. Please note the pictures are the projected design from the planning project, and I will be updating them as the project progresses. I will be offering it fully furnished, with double beds, new mattresses, tables, etc. New radiators, new carpet and all needed appliances. I can also provide everything you need regarding towels, bedsheets, etc. just let me know and I will do my best to get you set.

- 1Gb Speed Fibre internet. You can also use my Netflix account.

- PARKING available if needed.

-I will be including CLEANING for communal areas and basic service to bedrooms.

- Smoking is only allowed outside in the garden (vaping is ok inside).

- PETS can be considered. COUPLES and friends sharing can be considered.

- SHORT STAYS preferred until the summer as maybe I will get members of my family moving in and i want to have flexibility.

-This place could be a great base if you just moved to London and need a place to start. I won't be requiring previous references if you just arrived from abroad, however basic credit checks in place (or advance payment in lieu).
