Tenant requirements
FEMALE ONLY. We are looking for a clean, respectful, tidy and responsible person who will look after the house.
Current occupants
We are a very friendly couple who are easy to get along with and we have a beautiful cat named Kaya. I commute to the office Tues-Thurs, and WFH on Mon and Fri. My wife commutes every day. We are usually home in the evenings.
House Description
This Victorian terraced house 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom terraced house in a great location. 12 mins walk to Canning Town Station, and 9 mins walk to Star Lane DLR.
This Victorian house built in 1895 is very cosy. It's perfectly suitable for a professional with an easy commute into East and Central London, and have somewhere quiet and spacious to relax in the evenings.
Utilities
Gas and Electricity included. (Smart thermostat controls the temperature throughout the day to a comfortable level).
Council Tax included.
Water bill included.
WiFi: There is a 150MB upload/download connection from Community Fibre with a strong signal throughout the house.
Parking
Permits are required Mon - Fri 10am - 2pm. Outside of these hours it's free to park on the street outside the house. I can apply for a car permit, but you will need to pay for the cost yourself, approximately £15/month.
Furnishings
There is a desk and chair in the room, as well as a wardrobe and under bed drawers. The mattress is a high quality Silentnight memory foam hybrid mattress and the windows are triple glazed to maximise sound and heat insulation.
