Fully furnished room in Prince Regent Lane.

I’m sadly leaving my lovely room in a 3 bedrooms flat, and looking for a female to take my place.

The flat located on Prince Regent Lane. It’s a lovely area, very well connected and secure. Next to Newham's beautiful Greenway
2 minutes walk to Tesco and Iceland nearby.
Buses station right in front of the building which can take you in less than 20 min to Plaistow, Stratford, West Ham, Canning Town and Custom House

You’ll have in the room:
A queen size bed
Two side tables
A desk, chair (perfect if you are WFH)
A storage space

You’ll be living with a couple in the double room (PhD student with husband), one female Master's graduate.
Very friendly and clean, and you can enjoy a night together and also know how to keep a space.

The shared areas are:
bathroom, kitchen fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge & freezer, toaster, air fryer, microwave, almost every utensil you might need, and a double sink.
Beautiful garden at the back where tou can enjoy sunshine (when it’s there) with an extra toilet and a large shed for storage.

Rent is £800 plus bills which are around £50 a month. Payment is on the 27th of each month.

Moving date is immediately as I’m moving for a closer place to my new job.
